B FORREST is an award winning singer-songwriter, guitarist, and producer from Chicago, and we’re pleased to welcome him to Waypost for an evening of live music Friday, August 5.

After music school, Forrest spent time traveling the globe refining his calling card folk-soul album Back to Bodhi. After returning to his home town he was awarded a City Of Chicago Individual Artist Grantee in 2017, and again in 2019. He was a 2020 John Lennon Songwriting Competition Winner for his song One By One, and 2021 saw the return to acoustic roots with Americana-folk influenced releases Oihana and The Brooklyn Sessions.
